The Copper Condo is a one-of-a-kind project which required a symphony of craftsmanship to bring to completion. The condo is part of a lake-side apartment complex built in the late 1960’s. At the time of its completion, the building was one of the largest apartment buildings built in Cleveland Lakewood. It is towering at over 180 feet with 21 floors.

Marcus Sebastian Renovations had to tackle many challenges in completing this Cleveland Lakewood apartment renovation. City and state regulations have much more rigorous codes for towering lake-side structures, as well as prolonged review processes. Once the designs and approvals were complete, Marcus Sebastian Renovations had to navigate through a complex process of logistics, timing, and coordinating. All of it with the condo association.
